Mistakes in Life

I consider myself a lucky person. I say this because I have been blessed with home, friends, family and good times that will never be replaced. Being lucky does mean winning the lottery or getting a bet right, it’s about what you have in you life that gives you happiness and satisfaction.
There have been times when I have said that things are not fair. This usually happens when things do not go my way or I don’t get what I want. These reactions spring up when we are not satisfied with the result of something we did or something that happened. It could also spring from greed or jealously.
When bad things happen to us, all we can do is turn to that one person that will never desert us, God. God will always be there to be our guiding light through all the bad times we encounter in life. The only thing we can hold on to that will never let go is God because God will never leave us hanging and He will always be there to listen, guide and give us advice through our rough patches.
There are many situations that have helped me grow spiritually and emotionally. But the moments that really shaped me are the mistakes I’ve made. Mistakes help us become better because we learn from them and become stronger when we do. Making a mistake is never a bad thing because it helps us become the person we should be by redeeming ourselves from a certain mishap and bouncing back to be a better person.
