What is the role of Mary in my life? Mama Mary is a very important person to me. She is not only the Mother of God but she is the Queen of Heaven and Earth. When I was young, I did not know anything about her. She was always a white woman statue in our living room. But recently, I learned her History, She conceived her son, Jesus Christ, miraculously by the agency of the Holy Spirit. This took place when she was already engaged to Joseph and was awaiting the concluding rite of Jewish marriage, the formal home-taking ceremony. She married Joseph and accompanied him to Bethlehem, where Jesus was born.
Mother Mary is a role model to other mother's out there. She is always willing to give up everything she has just to save her Son. She taught him good values and raised him well. The Son, in return, always obeyed her mother and protected her from harm. She is one of a kind. No one can ever replace her in my life.
