Alexine Cabanos' excellent Gospel output

The story of Lazarus about his pains and torment in his life time compared to the rich man Lazarus was serving, actually makes you realize the acts each person is doing. For Lazarus he suffered by having nothing, not being able to eat daily, not having the medicine to make him better, while the rich man had the best life he could have , but he doesn not see the big picture of his life. He can't see that all his wrong acts will keep him away to the place he really wants to go which is Heaven. When Lazarus and the rich man died, Lazarus was given a second chance in life for he deserved a better life, while the rich man suffered in hell. Suddenly after the rich man has felt all the sufferings he asked Abraham for Lazarus to servehim for he thinks that Lazarus was still the same servant that he can push around. Abraham didn't like how the rich man was talking about Lazarus and how he was still treating him, like a slave because he even asked if Lazarus can be the one to tell his family to not act just like he did, but Abraham said they should have listened to the warnings of Moses.

Our society today is still the same but just worse than before. Now there is a realb gap between the rich and the poor and no one is even making an effort to make a change about it. This story can be related by every developing countries for this is what's happening to thecountryv we're living in. But if we just actually make an effort to just keep the gap from ioncreasing, projects such as charities and stuff can help decrease the gap little by little, well in the long run it could be enough to remove that gap between the rich and the poor.

If only I was in the era of Lazarus, well if i was lazarus, i could actually try speking up for my self to ask help from the people. And as for the rich man, if i were him, i could have given a helping hand to Lazarus and make his life better not more torment for him. If everyone just sees each others lives trough others eyes everyone would be enlightened with what improvement will happen to the development of each counrty. Just open you eyes to evrything.
