Mama Mary is very much like a mother. Just like how mothers intercede the wants to the father, Mama Mary does the same for us since we are of her own kin. Mama Mary is like our protector. Her Divine Mantel is always there to protect us from harm and from any other evil. She is very protective of her children just like how our mothers are. The Blessed Virgin Mary is a lot of things, it’s more of a personal relationship and it may differ from person to person. As for me, she is a comforter; someone who will never leave your side no matter what.

In times when you want to just give up and just live in indifference, there’s always an inner voice trying to motivate you and get up again. Personally, there have been instances in my life wherein I didn’t know what to do and all I wanted was to just lie in bed and not think about anything, but then after awhile I always end up getting up to do something productive with my life. Something always pushes me to try again and not give up. After awhile I realized it was Mama Mary working with the Holy Spirit. In times when you feel alone, it really helps if you just lie down and relax. Just close your eyes, empty your mind and just listen. Our Mother talks to us in serene situations wherein you are at peace. Trust me, it works every time. And in the end, you’ll realize it’s impossible that you’re ever alone. You’ll always have the Holy Family as your number 1 fans club, lead by our very own supportive and stage mother, Mama Mary. J
