Reflections on Faith

By: Kyle Gonzales
The apostles asked Jesus to give them more faith but jesus replied to them if they had faith the size of a mustard seed mulberry tree will follow their orders, even an order that would make it uproot itself and plant itself in the sea. He also compared them to a servant and to a master, he asked them if they would ask their servant to eat with them or to eat after they eat.

I watched the video of the disabled man, although I forgot his name I still remember what he taught me. In his video he tries to inspire other people to never give up. He shows the kids that even though he is handicapped it still doesn't stop him from doing things he really likes doing. But one example he showed them that really inspired them when he got up by himseld without help from others. Imagine how hard that must have been without legs and hands. The most important thing I learned from him is that to never give up.

After reading the gospel it showed me that I should have better faith in god. I should put more faith and god and always follow his will. I will also go to mass more to learn more about his teachings because I have failled to go to mass a few times. From now on I will try to follow gods teachings and listen to his words.

All in all the I have learned from the gospel that having faith means having strength. Having faith also gives us hope to persevere in things. Even having faith in little things will also give us strength.
