Do’s and Don’ts for Wedding Fashion:
For Her:
· Don’t wear white. It competes with the bride.
· Don’t wear jeans or anything too casual.
· Don’t wear anything too tight or too loose.
· Do wear something appropriate. Anything too sexy or revealing is a big no no.
· Do consider the location and weather of the event.
For Him:
· Don’t try to experiment with wild colors and patterns, these might not be acceptable. Stick to the classics.
· Do wear dark suits or tuxedos in attending evening affairs.
· Avoid dark colors during the day.
Q: Is it acceptable to wear an LBD to a wedding?
A: Yes. If the wedding you are attending is during the evening. But do keep in mind that a wedding is a joyous occasion so gloomy colors should be avoided.
