PRAYER TO OVERCOME GLUTTONY

Dear God, I implore your merciful love to come to my aid as I struggle to overcome my being a glutton. Help me to become more health conscious only by eating what is necessary. Make me selfless too to those who are hungry and are in need of food. Help me to watch every food that comes my way and help me to say no to those foods that may cause damage instead of good to my health. Amen
