PRAYER TO DEVELOP A HEALTHIER SOCIAL LIFE

Dear Lord, you made me a social being, a person who truly needs other human individuals in my day to day existence. Make my relationships with others something that give me joy and inspires me to aspire for the better. I know Lord that if my dealing with my fellowmen is something sound and healthy, then all the other aspects of my life will be healthy as well. Make me gentle and considerate in my treatment with others. Give me the grace of contentment so that I will not envy with the goods and fortunes and fame of those who are better off than me. Make me humble and helpful in view of the talents and skills I have which may cause envy from others. Help me to become aware that I have the duty to tell other people to aim for a healthy affair with everyone they meet. Take away from me all those negative energies that may hinder in building better camaraderie with all the persons whom you willed to cross my path.
