PRAYER FOR A GOOD AND HEALTHY PHYSICAL APPEARANCE
Dear Lord, thank you for the gift of my physical being. Thank you for my healthy body which is the reason why I can do everything that I want to do. Thank you for this wonderful gift of my body, this same body that makes me walk and talk, drink and eat, read and write, sleep and work. Thank you for making me whole, without which I will never exist. Help me take good care of my body and keep it healthy by avoiding anything that may abuse it. Amen.
