MARIAN AND ROSARY MONTH (CL CELEBRATIONS Oct. 2010)

Theme: “Mary: Mother Of God, Our Mother Too”

Mechanics:

1. Each class in the senior Level will come up with a story line or a concept that will showcase or bring out the Marian theme:"Mary: Mother Of God, Our Mother Too” or “Honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary”(An elimination in each CL Class will be done inside the classroom).
2. The presentation should be done/shown in the context of a creative prayer or (dasal) worship through the following artistic forms: (sayaw) dance, and (awit) song. In short this competition is basically a way of honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary in an artistic manner or in Tagalog: “DASAL, SAYAWIT…”
3. The songs, dances and dialogues may be executed either in English or Tagalog.
4. The entire presentation should have a minimum time limit of 5minutes and a maximum of 8 minutes.
5. The minimum number of participants should be 15 students and the maximum number of participants is 30 persons. The rest of the students may join in the technical preparations for the presentation.
6. There should be at least one particular Marian Song, (just a portion of an entire song) either English or Tagalog to be incorporated in the entire show.
7. The decision of the judges is irrevocable and final.
